Run, Run, Run

Not only is that a great song by 'Phoenix' (check em out they are super cool) but its also what Ive been doing.

I ran on Thursday. One lap of the block next to me is 0.3 miles, and I did 5 laps in about 30 minutes. Today I ran 6 laps in 25 minutes!

My overall aim is to be able to do 39 laps, which is about 13 miles (or a half-marathon) within 3 months.

Ideally I would like to enter my name for the London Marathon next year, but registartion closes near the end of September I think, so I think I have left my initial training a little too late. Maybe I will enter one of the Adidas half-marathons which take place in March 2007.

Work, eh

Seen these all around Glasgow advertising RBK (Reebok). Thought they were really cool, reminds me of the TV adverts for the Times (I think) music section with all the pixel people. Pixel art rocks.

As for last night I was working and was the only delivery driver to cover the whole of the greater Glasgow area. Thats as far west as Jordanhill! I covered about 70 miles in total doing 25 deliveries.

Had a total creative block yesterday until 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. So I will continue work on the new site today.

No luck

Still no luck with a job. Got a letter from GSPC saying that there were candidates more suitable than me. Oh well.

Started work on another more graphic oriented site yesterday. It shall be up soon, so keep checking. And more work will go up.

Must go for a run now. I need to be upto 4 miles by Thursday. Im currently good at 1.6, so a bit to go.

Today I start blogging
